Mr. Mohamed ARKAB Honours Sonelgaz Women
Per the usual on the occasion of celebrating Women's Day, ceremonies were organized in the honour of female staff of all Sonelgaz Group subsidiaries. For his part, Sonelgaz CEO has particularly enhanced, by his presence, the one organized in honour of the women of the holding company. The ceremony was held in a very convivial atmosphere, on Thursday, March 07th 2019 at the hall of the Directorate General. The flowers were there. A snack has been planned for the occasion.
Addressing the women workers of the holding, present at this ceremony, Mr. Arkab wished to all the women of Sonelgaz and its subsidiaries a wonderful occasion. He did not miss the chance to salute their sense of dedication and perseverance. Also, he invited them to continue to give the best of themselves for the good and the flourishing of Sonelgaz family.
On this occasion, the Executive Director of Human Capital and Development of the organization said that the rate of the holding company’s staff has reached 57%, contrary to the percentage registered at Group level and which only equalizes 11%. «It’s a long way to go ! », She pointed out.
Upon invitation to intervene, the women stated that they are proud to belong to the large Sonelgaz family, which allowed them to flourish and have the opportunity to contribute to the fulfilment of the noble public service mission pursued by the Sonelgaz Group.
